At CollaVita®, we believe in flexibility and putting you in control. Our subscription service is designed to make your life easier, but we understand that circumstances can change. While we’d be sad to see you go, we’ve made our subscription cancellation process simple and hassle-free, with no hidden fees or complicated procedure.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your customer account. The process takes just a few clicks.

1. Log In: Go to our website and log in to your CollaVita® account.

2. Navigate to Subscriptions: In your account dashboard, click on the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ link.

3. Select & Cancel: You will see your active subscription(s). Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ next to the item you wish to stop receiving.

4. Confirm: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been successfully cancelled.

Important: Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel after this deadline, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and you will still receive your next scheduled shipment.

After You Cancel

- No Future Charges: You will not be billed for any future subscription orders.

- Final Shipments: You will still receive any shipments that you have already paid for.

- Access Until End of Period: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

Please note that cancelling a subscription stops all future charges but does not automatically refund past charges. For questions about a recent charge, please see our Refund Policy.
