At CollaVita® Collagen, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders efficiently to ensure you receive your premium collagen peptides as quickly as possible. Due to our rapid fulfillment process, the window for order cancellation is limited and depends entirely on the order's status at the time we receive your request.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are unable to intercept or cancel it. In this case, you may still return the product by following our Refund & Return Policy.
What is the process for requesting an order cancellation?

How quickly must I request a cancellation?
Because we strive for same-day or next-day fulfillment for orders placed Monday through Friday, the cancellation window is very short. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are typically not shipped until the next business day. Therefore, cancellations may be possible until the morning of the next business day before the order is dispatched for shipping.
What if my order has already been shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please refer to that policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return and receive a refund.
